fixed dripping water/lava/honey texture, it's been a few years so I'm not sure what I was thinking when I made the old one, I might have based it on an older unused texture, in-game I don't think it ever looked the way I had intended.

but due to some changes made by Mojang full backward compatibility won't be possible, so I felt it was necessary to release one final update for 1.21.4. (I was wrong, realized there was indeed a way to keep backward compatibility, just needed to read some old changelogs to figure out how)
