The spawn depending on the biome has been removed; now, unusual foxes can only be obtained using a name tag (due to poor performance with EMF and ETF)

- Now you can give the fox any name you want, but specify the code to change the skin next to it
- Added Arctic fox (not winter fox)
- Fixed incorrect display of all winter foxes (temporarily they only have one texture)
