Brings back the old Piston Sounds prior version 1.21

What?

• Mojang changed the sounds from when a piston extends/retracts to a quieter, less attenuated version. This Resourcepack brings back the old Sound.

Why?

• Legacy. The old sounds have been in the game for so long, it seems odd to replace them with something new...
