1.8.9 PvP RP

Updated the Golden Apple, Apple, Diamond, and Emerald textures.

Removed modifications to Potion textures (they're perfect the way they are).

Few fixes to textures.

• Support more game modes, not just Bedwars.
• Added textures of: Armor, Planks, Glass and Glass Pane, Potions, End Stone, Mushroom Stew.
• Edited Gold Sword texture.

• Added an outline to wool textures.
• Edited Golden Apple texture.
• Retextured Iron Ingot and Gold Ingot.
• Updated Emerald and Diamond to post 1.14 textures.
