Rail Fix

This update does not visually change anything other than the pack icon. You don't need to download this if you already have the previous version

Moved textures from "railfix" namespace to "railfix subfolder of "block". This change does not effect the end-user, it just makes things easier for me. Removed Readme.txt as it was not needed. Updated pack.png
