Moved textures from "railfix" namespace to "railfix subfolder of "block". This change does not effect the end-user, it just makes things easier for me. Removed Readme.txt as it was not needed. Updated pack.png

Moved custom textures to their own namespace. Added template block models and updated models and textures to fix a mipmapping issue. None of the these changes should cause any noticable visual difference.
