Sonic HUD

added mount sprites based on the egg mobile

• Animated almost all of the HUD icons;
• Changed Air Bubble design to it's Sonic 1 appearance, to match the other HUD icons;
• Made Shield look more like it's original appearance;
• Item Monitor became Power Sneakers Monitor! That item was choosen to match the fact the hunger bar also indicates your ability to sprint;
• Added Attack Indicators, represented by Dr. Eggman's wrecking ball from his first boss fight.
