Update Ghast

The pack resource changes the old Ghast texture to the new one from version 1.21.6

In version 1.21.6, we added a new type of gast "Happy", along with which we improved the old texture of ordinary gast, which became better for the perception of the eyes. The gast has become more detailed and pleasing to the eye. Enjoy this resource pack!
