Update Redstone Torch

Update Redstone Torch - resource pack that changes the old model and texture of the redstone torch, making it more pleasant and beautiful. Now it's not just the texture of an ordinary torch with a red outline.

The model and texture of the redstone torch have been updated in snapshot 24w33a (1.21.2)
