Updated Pack Icons

This pack changes the 'unknown_pack.png' and 'unknown_server.png' images to look more modern, and with some colour instead of looking boring.

Pack Disabled / Not Installed:

The original cobblestone block icon for the unknown_pack.png image The original old-worldgen mountain icon for the unknown_server.png image

Pack Enabled:

A tree in a plains biome and in colour - the new unknown pack icon Curly brackets, a globe, a tower and a speaker with a dark background - the new unknown server icon
