The process can be divided into four parts: Making the Totem Head --------------------- The first step in the process is making the totem head casing using a saw and press. You will then need to imbue the head with the effects of fire resistance and regeneration. When the process is finished a brass ingot is used to seal the potions and add the iconic nose. ![](https://media.forgecdn.net/attachments/description/978675/description_204df275-6030-4093-9c34-5f4faaf00e45.png) Making the Totem Body --------------------- A similar procedure is used to create the totem body. To create the body casing you must use the same process but using a brass ingot instead of a brass sheet. Instead of using potions, you must insert an end crystal into the body, which will give the totem the resurrection powers that these crystals use to revive the ender dragon. Like the previous process, you will nedd to seal the casing with brass. ![](https://media.forgecdn.net/attachments/description/978675/description_1b582d98-0731-4003-9c40-63a835ef314f.png) Assembling the Totem -------------------- With both of the totem parts you can now start the assembling procedure. Along with the totem parts you will also need to add the emerald eyes of the totem. This is achieved by placing all of the needed parts into four mechanical crafters. ![screenshot image](https://media.forgecdn.net/attachments/813/436/totem1.png) Activating the Totem -------------------- The final part of the process is used to activate the totem, so it can detect and use it's powers when you are defeated.
