Slugs from eggs are tamed to the thrower and will attack for their owner, tamed slugs can be fed Slime Blocks to increase their size to a random cap, sometimes they can exceed sizes of 8 or greater. Tamed slugs can be healed with Slime Balls.

Whizzes will swarm together and charge at players. Using a Silk Touch pickaxe to attack a Whizz will drop it as a Captured Whizz item. Captured Whizzes are tamed to the player who first broke them and they will attack for their owner.
