Changelog
- tweaked continent and ocean generation slightly
- reworked the old coastal cliffs
- added a new "coastal bluffs" variation for coastal cliffs
- added underground rivers
- added a new noise cave type: cave tunnels
- made carver caves more closely resemble their vanilla counterpart
- changed the shape of beaches
- simplified some noises and density functions
