Fixes: -The Hohlfresser water AI being broken. Changed: Langs: -Chinese -preref-Russian -Russian

Mechanics: -Lowered the damage of the thorns from 5->3.5. -Lowered the movement speed of the Banshee Howler. -The Voracious Maw enchantment chance for triggering now is 30% -> 10%. -The Voracious Maw enchantment will feed the player 6 hunger and 4 saturation when triggered instead of giving saturation.
